Coaching Bio

Hockey has been a lifelong passion of mine since my dad popped skates on my feet at four years old. If you are looking to learn the defensive aspects of the game, I am more than happy to help!
-I can coach skaters on mechanics for everything from skating forwards, backwards, and switching between the two.
-I can coach you on every aspect of playing defense. From the basics of where to line up to the finer points of the position like cut off angles and defensive zone assignments.

I want to help you improve your game and make playing hockey fun and engaging. I am happy to start anywhere with any skill level and work on an individual plan to help you get better!
