In order to play in the MGHA Classic Tournament, you must create an account with the MGHA website. If you currently play or have played with the MGHA during the regular season and/or tournament, you should already have an account and do not need to make another one, just log in here.

Note: Completing this form is not the end of the registration process! This form will return you to the tournament page, where you will need to complete payment to be fully registered for the tournament.

The following fields apply to the MGHA Classic Tournament.  If you wish to play in the MGHA Classic Tournament, please fill out these fields.  If you are only playing in the MGHA regular season, you do not need to fill out these fields.

Please provide the name and contact information for a recent coach, captain, or teammate who can speak to your hockey playing ability.  This helps the tournament directors to create balanced teams.
We have 3 skill divisions: L1 - Beginner (Recreational), L2 - Intermediate (Recreational), L3 - Advanced (Competitive). Select the division you wish to play in. If you select multiple divisions, it means you are comfortable playing in any of the selected divisions and the tournament organizers will choose which division you play in.
