Former Green Bay Packer, openly out NFL player, author of "Alone in the Trenches: My life as a Gay Man in the NFL", and musician. ALL PROCEEDS will go to benefit Madison Area LGBT Sports organizations

Tuaolo is noted as one of the NFL'S first openly gay players and has championed causes supporting gay and lesbian sports, equal rights and humanitarian efforts world wide. Also a singer and writer, Tuaolo has sung the National Anthem at the opening ceremonies for the gay games, numerous NFL games as well as authored "Alone in the Trenches: My life as a Gay Man in the NFL" and recently appeared on the Tyra Banks show speaking out against the NFL's "Don't Ask- Don't Tell" policy. When asked who we would most like the evenings collected donations to go to, we were honored to suggest an equal distribution between our local GLBT sports teams and supporters. Tuaolo will autograph copies of his book, host an open mike after performing his own songs and be on hand for questions and comraderie from 8:00 PM until 10 PM, with the beer bash running thru Midnight. WOOF'S will be donating ALL PROCEEDS from our beer bash, tips from same, and also organizing a 50/50 raffle and prize drawing with an autographed book, jersey and football as prizes along with a DJ hosting the event. Please join us as we truly make Tuaolo feel welcome in Madison's LGBT community!
