CGHA Invitation to Chicago Pride

Members of the Chicago Gay Hockey Association have contacted the MGHA and invited any players who plan to be in Chicago this weekend to march with them in the Pride Parade on Sunday.

Gear Cleaning

Are locker room jokes about your gear's not-so-fresh-ness getting you down? Maybe it's time to get your gear cleaned. Stefan Strandberg has offered to coordinate getting a group discount from Clean Gear of Wisconsin (http://www.cleangearwi.com, a gear cleaning service that was recommended in the MGHA forums. Their standard rate for pads is $45 (excluding helmet and skates), and groups of 10 or more get a 10% discount.

Sunday Scrimmage Openings

With all the Pride festivities in the Twin Cities and Chicago this weekend, the sign up list for this week's MGHA scrimmage on Sunday is looking a bit short. We still have a lot of openings on the bench, so if you're going to be around, sign up to come play.
