Essay Contest
Essays are due Feb. 17. Current MGHA players in good standing are eligible to submit an essay on "What Gay Hockey Means to Me" for a chance to win an expense-paid trip to the Chelsea Challenge in New York City. Get all the info at www.madisongayhockey.org/scholarship/contest.

Feb 10: Softball registration
Members of the Madison gay softball league (SSBL-Madison) will be on hand during Sunday night's games to sign up all you sluggers for the summer softball season. Web site: www.ssblmadison.com.

Feb 24: Camp Bingo
The MGHA is the group of the month at Camp Bingo. Come and see what this AIDS Network fundraiser is all about. The admission price of $15 gets you seven game cards. Everyone 18 years or older is welcome. Doors open at 1pm, and the first number is called at 2:30pm. Web site: www.madcampbingo.org.

Feb 24: Madison Minotaur registration
