Play Offs
Play offs for the MGHA are coming up soon. Here are details:

• Games will be scheduled according to the Swiss Style tournament over three Sundays
• Seeding for the first game will be determined by rankings at the end of the season. (1v4, 2v5, 3v6)
• Championship games will be determined by the outcome of the play-off games (1v2, 3v4, 5v6).
• Every team WILL play all 4 weeks regardless; this is not an elimination tournament.
• Teams will be informed of their game times the Monday after each play-off week.
• Goalies will be scheduled to compliment team standings.

Essay Contest
The MGHA is sponsoring an essay contest and the winners receive an expense-paid trip to the Chelsea Challenge in New York City. Current MGHA players in good standing are eligible to submit an essay on "What Gay Hockey Means to Me." (Past winners of the contest and board members are not eligible.)

Deadline is Feb. 17, 2008. Get all the info online.

Championship Program Info
The 2007-08 MGHA Championship Games are just over a month away! Your coach or captain may have already contacted you about getting your city/state/country of origin to include in the program. We'd also like to ask players to check their website profiles and take this opportunity to make sure your name is spelled correctly and/or upload a different photo if you like.
