New Year's Eve Recap
We hope everyone who made it to the New Year's Eve party had a blast. Thank you's go out to all the volunteers who made it possible -- you know who you are! The MGHA Board
During this second season of the MGHA, the Board has been behind the scenes, doing what Boards do: defining policies; organizing fundraisers, parties, and other events; making sure dues are paid so the bills are paid. And somewhere in it all, we try to make sure everyone has a good time on the ice and off!

Over the past year, Board member Mark Sadowski has been instrumental in developing the operations of the MGHA. We're sorry to say he has stepped down from the Board. The other members of the Board will miss him. But we're happy to say he'll continue on as a player and coach and as a member of the Hockey Operations Committee. Thanks for all your work, Mark.

After-Game Get Togethers
Keep on with the after-game gatherings! We want to spread the love and also make sure everyone gets an invite, so the Board put together a suggested schedule for getting your after-game groove on:

Feb 3: Hookah Lounge (they will serve food for us!)

Feb 24: Hookah Lounge (they will serve food for us)

Save the Date
The second annual Blades Against AIDS will be held March 1 from 8-10pm. This fundraiser for the AIDS Network is done MGHA-style -- on skates! More details to come soon.
