Picking Up Your Sweatshirt:
- The status of orders will be available at www.madisongayhockey.org/mghastore/orderstatus.
- Once you have verified that your order has arrived, go to Middleton Sports & Fitness to pick it up:

The Fine Print:
- Refunds can only be given on orders made after the 10th of the month and before the 3rd of the following month.
- Exchanges are available only on damaged or improperly sized items at time of pick-up.
- Any defects must be reported to treasurer@madisongayhockey.org and Middleton Sports & Fitness on date of pick-up or as soon after as possible.
- In the event of limited quantities, the Eagle Hockey Hoodie may be substituted. (There is little visible difference between them.)
- Terms and conditions are non-negotiable.
